I've been fortunate enough to be a part of 3 different organizations with 10 different team experiences, each unique in their own way. I like considering every small initiative as a project and building a output out of it.

Each of these organizations gave me an opportunity to build growth metrices for them.

Where the organization will be in time and how to get there, along with this what will the employees/volunteers learn in the process and how will they contribute. That's organizational development for me.
